General terms and conditions

We work exclusively based on the General Austrian Forwarders Terms and Conditions (AÖSp). Of course, its latest version // respective general transport, transshipment, storage and bill of lading conditions of the shipping companies / carriers represented or commissioned by us and the respective port conditions are used as well. Our invoices are due and payable without any deduction. In the event of payment default, we reserve the right to charge default interest in accordance with the freight forwarding rate. Payable and recoverable in Linz. Payments are initially credited to freight and expenses, lastly to customs duties. Complaints are only considered if they are made immediately. In the case of invoices with customs or EUSt, the respective legal appeal counts.
